Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Requests after 30 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies or technical issues preventing course access.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your course, we'll work to resolve the issue first. If we cannot provide a solution, a full refund will be offered regardless of the 30-day limit.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for accounts that show patterns of abuse, such as repeatedly purchasing and refunding courses or downloading all materials before requesting refunds.
